Do I need to be based in South Africa to use your services?
No. All tiers are available virtually, worldwide. We work with hosts across South Africa, East Africa, the UK, the US, and Europe via video call. In-person engagements are available globally by arrangement.
Which tier should I start with?
If you're unsure, start with The Edit. It gives you a clear picture of where your property stands and what to prioritise — and many clients use it as the foundation for a Styling or Transformation engagement.
How long does each service take?
The Edit is delivered within 48 hours of receiving your listing details. The Styling is typically completed within 5–7 business days including the consultation. The Transformation timeline is scoped individually — typically 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you work with new listings or only existing ones?
Both. For new listings, The Styling is often the right starting point — we help you launch with the right design direction, listing copy, and guest experience from day one rather than retrofitting later.
What's the difference between your free AI tools and the paid services?
The free tools show you the picture. The paid services act on it — with human expertise, design direction, trade sourcing, and the kind of nuanced judgment that AI alone can't provide. Most clients use both.
Can I upgrade from one tier to another?
Yes. The work done in each tier carries forward — you never pay for the same analysis twice. If you start with The Edit and decide to book The Styling, the audit fee is credited against the higher tier.
