How it unfolds
A structured process designed for real properties and real constraints — not a theoretical timeline.
You complete a detailed briefing form — property details, photos, listing, your vision, your budget range, and any constraints. The AI audit runs immediately.
Within 48 hours you receive your full audit report — scored, annotated, and with a preliminary recommendations brief.
An extended live session (typically 90–120 minutes) where we walk through the audit, align on design direction, and map the full scope of your transformation.
Within 5 business days of the consultation: your full design concept, interior recommendations report, procurement list, and all AI tool outputs (listing copy, guest communications).
You implement — with us available for questions throughout. We can advise on trade relationships, contractor briefing, and photography direction.
